Gym Scheduler Pro collects minimal information necessary for app functionality:

• Google Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (used only for authentication)
• Workout Data: Exercise schedules, workout logs, and progress tracking (stored locally on your device)

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Authenticate your identity using Google Sign-In
• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Store your workout schedules and exercise logs locally
• Enable you to track your fitness progress

3. Data Storage

All workout data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage (Hive database). This means:

• Your workout data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it
• We have no access to your workout information
• Data is not synced to any cloud servers
• You have complete control over your data

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Your workout information remains private and is stored only on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): Used only for secure authentication. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Services: Required for app functionality on Android devices

Important: We do not access any Google services beyond authentication. No Google Drive, Gmail, or other service data is accessed.

6. Data Backup & Export

You can optionally:

• Export your data as a JSON file
• Import previously exported data
• Share backup files with yourself

These features are completely optional and controlled by you. Exported files contain only your workout data.

7. Data Security

We take your security seriously:

• All data is stored locally using industry-standard encryption
• No data transmission to external servers (except Google Sign-In)
• Secure authentication using Firebase
• You can delete all your data at any time from within the app

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all your data at any time through the app
• Export your data in JSON format
• Delete all your data permanently using the "Clear All Data" feature
• Uninstall the app at any time, which removes all local data

9. Children's Privacy

Gym Scheduler Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Since we do not collect or sell personal data, these rights are inherently protected by our privacy-first approach.
